Duncan, thanks for these links. Open data standards are necessary for this to happen but I was speaking more on companies industry sharing their data for the training and creation of software. Data is the new oil and everyone has an instinct to horde it. BIM data, camera feeds and captures, point clouds, RFI's, submittals, estimates, etc. Understandably so, but is it the best path forward?

That is our start for a list of public data sources useful for testing software. It doesn't include your whole list, and I'd love to hear about sources you've found. But there is plenty of IFC files, point clouds, government data with statistics and so on.
