@ralph_arcdox Congratulations on the growth you're seeing. Speaking now as a member of Open Source in Architecture - OSArch community, I've been wondering how all these BIM / Contech / AECtech communities can cooperate and help people find the home that suits them or just make it easy to discover and move between them. This is not a suggestion of some sort - I don't know what to do with this wish I have to bring the different communities closed. Let me know if you have some ideas.

Hi @duncan We are hoping aecHive will provide a platform for other communities like OSArch to showcase what they are doing. A sort of "community of communities". So if there is anything we can do to help OSArch promote the work you are doing, please do reach out and let us know. I suggest you include OSArch in the "Listings" section, and if you have any events/webinars, they can be listed there as well. And if you have a podcast, you can include in the "Podcast" section. You can create posts about interesting stuff you are doing. If you'd like to arrange a podcast with myself and John Egan, we can do that as well.

Hi @ralph_arcdox that sounds good. But it looks like listing only have a 30 day life, is there something more long lasting suitable for promoting cross-pollination between communities?

I will look into listing our upcoming events, that makes sense for the way 'Listings' is set up. Will have to think about ROI for that.

HI @duncan Yes, "listings" only have a 30-day life, to encourage people to come back and refresh their posts. Also, to keep the listing area "fresh". Certain events and activities will be superseded, and some companies may visit once, and never come back, which isn't in the spirit of "community". We don't want listings to be full of redundant information. We may rethink or revisit this functionality, but it is a couple of clicks to re-post you listing if you want. Click "Manage Listings", and "Submit". If you need more credits just let us know.
